This piece was created on the month that marked my first year in NYC and at that point I was in a horrible living situation and plagued by self-doubt but still, thankfully through the help of integral people who I had close to me, I was able to make those miserable days a little more bearable and coupled with newfound trust from others, it allowed me to begin to trust myself that much more.
